Interactive Digital Signage Solutions
In September, the Health and Beyond Research and Innovation Showcase transformed Campbelltown Catholic Club into a digital hub for healthcare research and collaboration. Held across 17–18 September, the event welcomed professionals from across South Western Sydney, including clinicians, medical researchers, academics, allied health teams, and emerging researchers. Supported by leading organisations such as the Ingham Institute for Applied Medical Research, the showcase continues to strengthen connections between research and real-world healthcare outcomes.
Advertise Me worked with the University of New South Wales – South Western Sydney Clinical School to deliver a fully digital presentation environment throughout the venue. Our ePosters platform enabled researchers and students to present their work using interactive digital displays, replacing static printed posters with a more engaging and flexible alternative. Designed for live events, the system has been progressively enhanced to accommodate different venue layouts, presentation styles, and technical requirements.
To further extend the reach of research content, advertiseme.tv, our digital signage solution, was deployed across multiple booths and exhibition areas. This allowed key research findings and visual content to be shared throughout the event space, increasing exposure while maintaining a consistent digital experience for attendees moving between sessions.
The shift to a digital-first format encouraged meaningful discussion and improved accessibility to research material. Attendees could explore a wide spectrum of topics from clinical studies and public health initiatives to innovation and applied medical research presented in a visually clear and easy-to-navigate format.
Feedback from presenters and attendees highlighted the reliability, usability, and professional finish of the digital solutions. Researchers and students particularly valued the ability to update content easily and engage in more interactive conversations around their work. Supporting UNSW and the broader research community at this event reflects our ongoing commitment to improving how research is shared and experienced.
As our ePoster software and digital signage platforms continue to be adopted at research showcases, conferences, and academic events, Advertise Me remains focused on delivering scalable, adaptable, and future-ready digital solutions that elevate research visibility and encourage collaboration across healthcare and education sectors.
