For CESPHN’s Data and Digital Showcase 2025 (DDS25), Advertise Me delivered a modern ePoster experience that brought health data and digital innovation to life. Our team provided the end-to-end solution, from content onboarding and design templates to deployment and support so presenters could share their work dynamically and attendees could explore research at their own pace.
DDS25 brought together clinicians, researchers and digital health leaders to share insights and practical solutions. The brief was clear: create an engaging, accessible and sustainable way to present a high volume of posters without the constraints of print. Our ePoster platform allowed CESPHN contributors to showcase complex content figures, charts and references while making discovery effortless for attendees.
Our interactive digital signage ePosters solution:
- Interactive touchscreen kiosks
- Cloud-based content hub we uploaded all the posters pre-event
- QR codes – a QR code was assigned to the event so that attendees can view the posters on their mobile phone
We deployed 49″ ePoster touch-enabled kiosks that impressed all the attendees. Our team handled venue testing, device provisioning and content syncing. We even provided a report at the end of the event that tracked the number of views and votes for each poster.
The ePoster gallery helped DDS25 scale beyond the limits of physical poster boards, reducing print waste while elevating the audience experience. Attendees could browse by authors and poster names. Organisers benefited from streamlined logistics, straightforward content governance and actionable engagement insights to inform future programming.
Our approach combines reliable digital signage hardware with a flexible ePoster platform, tailored for health and academic showcases. We focus on clarity, accessibility and support so complex ideas are easy to discover, and presenters feel confident their work is displayed at its best.
