Health Beyond Showcase Event Highlights

Expo delivery

For the Health Beyond Research and Innovation Showcase on 15-16 September 2026, Advertise Me created an on-site digital poster experience at Liverpool Catholic Club. Eight ePosters kiosks were supplied and used across the expo so visitors could explore research presentations without relying on a wall of printed posters. The event team also benefited from a cloud-based publishing workflow. New poster content could be uploaded and made available on the day, allowing the display program to keep pace with the live event.

Deployment summary

  • Supplied 8 ePosters kiosks for the expo
  • Installed and configured the units for interactive poster viewing
  • Presented research material in a self-service digital format
  • Enabled remote content changes through the cloud platform
  • Added new posters during the event day

Event context

A research showcase brings together a large amount of specialist information in a short period. Attendees may want to compare projects, return to a presentation later, or find a specific contributor while moving between sessions and conversations. Printed boards can make those interactions difficult because every update requires a physical replacement and the available information is limited to what can be displayed at the venue. The brief called for a clear, approachable way to make poster material available throughout the expo, with enough flexibility for the organisers to respond to changes as the program developed.

Design priorities

  • Fast discovery: Visitors needed a direct route into the poster collection.
  • Independent use: Each kiosk had to be understandable without a staff member explaining it.
  • Live flexibility: The content workflow needed to accommodate late additions.
  • Consistent presentation: All 8 units needed to provide the same experience across the venue.

The digital expo experience

We arranged the solution around repeated, short interactions: a visitor could approach a kiosk, scan the available poster topics, open a presentation, and move on when ready. This made the poster collection easier to use alongside the rest of the showcase. The cloud-based publishing layer separated content updates from the physical equipment. Organisers could add or adjust a poster remotely, while the kiosks continued presenting the current collection to visitors.

On-site workflow

  1. Poster content was prepared: Research presentations were organised for digital browsing.
  2. The kiosk network was deployed: 8 units were supplied and used throughout the expo.
  3. Visitors explored the collection: Attendees opened poster information directly at the displays.
  4. Content stayed responsive: New posters were added through the cloud platform on the event day.
Expo element Delivered experience Practical benefit
Eight ePosters kiosks Distributed access to interactive posters Gave attendees more opportunities to browse
Cloud publishing Remote control of the poster collection Allowed updates without changing the hardware
Digital presentation On-screen access to research material Reduced dependence on static printed displays

Expo outcome

The finished installation gave the showcase a reliable digital layer for presenting research work. Attendees could engage with poster content at their own pace, while organisers retained the ability to keep the information current during the program. Supplying the kiosks together with the cloud-based content workflow meant the physical setup and the content operation worked as one event solution. We also supplied a report showing which ePosters kiosks received the most poster views. The strongest engagement came from kiosks positioned near the main entrance and close to the exhibition stands, providing useful insight into how visitor movement influenced poster engagement. Researchers who submitted posters were also proud to see their work displayed digitally. Many wanted to take a photo of the kiosk showing their poster so they could showcase their effort and contribution to the Health Beyond event.
