Donation Management System – Nepean Hospital

Advertise Me was engaged to provide a Donation Management System for Nepean Hospital. After consulations with the client we supplied our custom built solution which allows staff to submit donation and gifts information via a web form hosted on the Intranet. This removed the need for the client to print out and manually enter the information on a spreadsheet. In addition, the system is able to generate reports, send out emails, create letters and more importantly create workflows based on the information entered on the form. Other features of the system include: User management and permissions (Cashier, Donation Manager), reporting, tracking fundraising activities,letter management, email notifications and so much more.
